The McIntire Road Recycling Center accepts various items for recycling. Bins are set up for specific items. If you have questions about where to deposit something, there are recycling attendants available who will be happy to assist you.

• Mixed Paper/Brown Paper: wrapping paper, packing paper, paper juice containers, cereal boxes, and all non-corrugated cardboard.
• Office Paper: junk mail, copy/printer paper
• Newspaper, Magazines (including catalogs) & Books (hard & soft bound).
• Corrugated Cardboard (cannot have a waxy coating)
• Telephone Books

• Glass: clear, blue, green, brown and yellow (co-mingled)
• Aluminum and Steel Cans
• Plastic containers marked #1 and #2: beverage, detergent, shampoo, salad, mustard and ketchup. #2 plastic motor oil containers and lawn and garden containers will not be accepted.
