This proposal is for a Multiple Project Contract for Geotechnical Engineering Services. The scope of each project will be defined separately through a Work Authorization agreement executed by both parties that defines the specific scope of services to be performed, project schedule and deadlines, method of compensation, and contact representatives for both the Authority and Engineer.
The contract will be for an initial term of one year, but may be renewable for a maximum of four additional one-year terms at the discretion of the Authority.
